Welding skills are PK, and quality management is promoted

  In the fourth quarter, after 9 consecutive months of efficient output, Forsee Power ushered in the off-season of the refrigerator industry, and the off-season of production is the golden time for management improvement, equipment overhaul, staff training and sports meeting. This year, under the good premise of the peak season output, Forli focuses on quality management improvement while improving the management of the off-season, insists on grasping both output and quality, and wants to ensure output with quality and win the market with quality.

The quality management work includes stabilizing and improving refrigeration performance, strengthening and improving product appearance, enhancing employees' quality awareness and improving skill levels. In order to stabilize and improve the refrigeration performance of refrigerators, especially the control of pipeline welding quality, and improve and inspect the skill level of welders, the company held a welding skills competition on November 21 to carry out welding skills PK.

A total of 18 employees participated in the competition, and each contestant welded 5 solder joints for each of the three pipe butts of "copper pipe-copper pipe, copper pipe-bondi pipe, bondi pipe-bondi pipe", and the competition comprehensively scored welding leakage, weld plug, material, time and solder joint appearance. After the strict evaluation of the welding skills competition evaluation team, three contestants finally won the first, second and third prizes, awarded honorary certificates and bonuses, and another 7 contestants won the excellence award.

Before the final award, the company organized special training for all the participants, and evaluated the welding points of all the participants. Through the development of this competition, the welding employees have made great gains, and the welding skills have been improved to a certain extent. The company hopes that all welding employees will make persistent efforts to improve their welding skills, improve the welding quality of products, and ensure the refrigeration performance of products in the next work.
