Recently, the evaluation and confirmation of the Hefei Harmonious Labor Relations Demonstration Unit carried out by the Hefei Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Hefei Federation of Trade Unions, the Hefei Enterprise Confederation and the Hefei Federation of Industry and Commerce came to an end, and Anhui Xinouli Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. was identified as the "Hefei Harmonious Labor Relations Demonstration Enterprise".

The confirmation of Hefei Harmonious Labor Relations Demonstration Unit aims to commend the positive role played by enterprises in promoting the creation of harmonious labor relations, strengthening and innovating social management, and promoting the construction of social harmony.
