New Oulli Electric organized employees to participate in the special lecture and training of "I do practical things for the masses - labor legal services into enterprises" in Xinzhan District

   At 9:00 a.m. on November 5, 2021, our company participated in the special lecture activity of "I Do Practical Things for the Masses - Labor Legal Services into Enterprises" held by the Federation of Trade Unions of Xinzhan High-tech Zone at the Party and Mass Service Center of Xinghuo Community. The event invited lawyer Zhang Li, a member of the Labor Law Committee of Anhui Lawyers Association, and lawyer Zhao Jinyun, a lawyer from Anhui Times Law Firm, to give lectures and training on two topics: "Prevention of Legal Risks in Enterprise Employment" and "Analysis of Enterprise Labor Law and Employment Cases".

   Through the explanations of the two lawyers, we have a preliminary understanding of the labor contract, and fully realize the importance of the labor contract law in work and life, whether you are an employer or an employee, you have a close relationship with it.

   Ms. Zhang Li explained in simple terms the importance of the formulation of rules and regulations under the new law and the risk response, which is the internal "law" of the employer throughout the entire employment process of the employer, and is an important basis for the employer to exercise the right of management and the right to terminate the contract. Combined with the real cases we represent, we can interpret the labor risk prevention measures in an easy-to-understand and detailed manner, so that our employers can know how to prevent and avoid unnecessary labor disputes in a timely manner in their future work.

   Lawyer Zhao Jinyun analyzes how enterprises can flexibly employ employees through classic cases in real life and combined with the classic cases he represents. He shared how to skillfully deal with labor disputes in the process of enterprise employment, and was full of practical and dry goods.
