From June 12th to 16th, the special training of "EHC Enterprise Growth Model Breakthrough" was held in Forsee Power Industrial Park, and more than 30 people participated in the training.
The training invited the chief consultant of EHC Technology Consulting Co., Ltd., an expert in corporate strategy and business model design, a doctor of business administration from the University of Liverpool, a distinguished professor of the president class of 18 universities such as Peking University and Tsinghua University, with 26 years of practical experience in the management of the world's top 500 enterprises, and Professor Su Jian, an enterprise management expert integrating strategic management, financial management and operation management, to give a lecture.
Professor Su started from the two key points of strategy and profit, respectively elaborated on the ten-fold growth system of the enterprise, the digital operational excellence system, the performance appraisal system for all employees and the excellent financial management system, analyzed the core competitiveness, future goals, performance management, operation analysis, production efficiency, quality indicators, corporate culture, ERP plan, profit cycle, profit and other aspects in the operation of the enterprise, and shared the growth analysis, growth positioning, growth target, growth incentive and other contents in the growth of the enterprise.
All departments expressed the hope that through a large number of practical cases, with the help of digital analysis, from the perspective of management structure, strategic objectives, performance appraisal and other perspectives, to put forward solutions for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and to promote the development of enterprises to solve the problem of "medicine to disease".
